Professional strategist and respected town planner, Sam Pourmoradian, is the Founder and Director of Radian Planning Group who brings an unparalleled breadth of knowledge, expertise and business acumen to any development project he leads for his various clients.

As a highly experienced town planner, Sam's primary focus in establishing Radian Planning Group was to provide a clear and concise approach to town planning consulting that is founded on efficient service, proactive strategy and excellent communication.

Known for his fast and effective delivery, every project commences and ends with Sam’s direct engagement and uncompromising execution.

Sam Pourmoradian

  • Valued for his specialised expertise and integrity, Sam has more than 25 years’ professional experience working with land owners, government agencies, commercial businesses and non-profit organisations in the fields of strategic town planning, asset improvement and delivery of successful development approvals. In addition to his direct supervision of major urban development projects across Queensland, Sam’s innate town planning experience and knowledge of the Queensland Planning framework, combined with strong relationships with Government and development industry bodies, provides strong foundations to confidently lead projects to a successful outcome.

    Fundamentally, Sam adds significant value during the preparation stages of the development application process, providing strategic town planning advice on technical / stakeholder issues, while brokering the planning, design and delivery of the project to responsibly present stakeholder and client interests.

    Combined with previous accreditation and experience as a real estate agent, Sam also provides valued input in negotiating land offers and assisting with site acquisition challenges to complement his strategic town planning delivery.
